A FULL cosplay of the named character is REQUIRED! High Effort implies that you, as the cosplayer, put in all Effort needed to capture the essence of the character. This includes using props, backgrounds, wigs, makeup, and the costuming of the character as they appear in canon.
Partial, Generic, and "Low Effort" Costumes are not cosplay here.
Low Effort includes but is not limited to: Lingerie, Swimwear, just a wig, limited props, etc. and Generic costumes, i.e. bunny/cop/nurse/witch etc.
