**This is a community for discussing the RTS-City Building franchise 'ANNO Domini.'** Inspired by the video game [*_The Patrician,_*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Patrician_(video_game)) Anno games take place across an archipelago map and simulates a basic maritime trade system between different islands.
*The latest ANNO game was Anno 117: Pax Romana, released in November 2025*.
